THIS SHOW HAS CHANGED VENUE TO THE UNDERWORLD

KSU is one of the oldest Polish punk rock bands, founded in 1977 in the southeastern town of Ustrzyki Dolne (in the Bieszczady Mountains). According to its creator Eugeniusz Olejarczyk, they inspired by listening to Wester European radio and started by covering artists like Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin. In 1978 they came up with the name KSU, which comes from car licence plates issued by the Krosno Voivodeship authorities for vehicles from Ustrzyki Dolne. With a new name came new music and KSU began playing songs inspired by the Sex Pistols, Damned, and UK Subs.

Apteka is one of the oldest Polish alternative rock, punk band, founded in 1983 in Gdynia. Their LP “Narkotyki” won “Płyta Roku” (“LP of the Year”) of Gazeta Wyborcza in 1992. They’ve since released nine albums by Tonpress, Polton, Arston, SPV Poland, SP Records, Koch International and Universal.
