Covid-19 Policy

Covid-19 Entry Policy

As a responsible venue operator, it’s our policy to require all customers to show their Covid-19 Pass. This means that to gain entry to the show, you and anyone else you’re attending with will need to demonstrate one of the following:

  • An NHS Covid-19 Pass on the NHS app demonstrating full vaccination (full vaccination means you have received both doses, plus 14 days must have passed since the second dose). Find out how to set this up on the NHS app here.
  • An NHS Covid-19 Pass on the NHS app demonstrating natural immunity, based on a positive PCR Test result within 180 days (and the 10-day self-isolation period following the result has passed). Find out how to show this on the NHS app here.
  • A negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test registered online, taken within 24 hours of the show date. Customers that have taken a Lateral Flow Test will need to demonstrate their negative result by showing the email or text confirmation sent to them by the NHS, once the test result has been registered online here.

If you will be showing proof of a negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test, you must register the result online before arriving at the venue. To do this, follow the steps on the Gov website here. If you haven’t done this before you arrive, you will be asked to leave the queue and return once you have received an email from the NHS confirming the result has been registered.

If you, or anyone in your party, is unable to show one of the above entry requirements, that person will be asked to leave the queue and only return once they have taken and registered a negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test.

We can’t supply customers with NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Tests at the venue. To find a list of pharmacies near you where you can pick up free tests, click here.

You will not be admitted if you fail to show one of the three COVID-19 entry requirements.

How to set up your NHS Covid Pass to prove you are fully vaccinated:

  1. Search for the ‘NHS app’ in your app store. Please make sure you are downloading the NHS app, NOT the NHS Covid-19 app.
  2. Create/login to your NHS account (you do not need to know your NHS number for this). You’ll be asked to create an NHS login if you do not have one already. You must be registered with a GP surgery in England to use the NHS App.
  3. Once logged in, select ‘Get your NHS COVID Pass’.
  4. You then need to select ‘Domestic’.
  5. You can either show us this pass in your app, or click ‘download PDF copy’ or ‘receive an offline copy by email’.

You can also download a copy of your NHS Covid Pass by using the NHS website, if you’d prefer not to download the app. Head to the NHS website here and follow the steps above.

How to show proof of your negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test:

  1. Take an NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test within 24 hours of the event you’re attending.
  2. Once taken, you will need to register your test result online, by visiting the Gov website linked here.
  3. You do not need to be registered to an NHS doctor or have an NHS account set up to register your Lateral Flow Test result.
  4. Follow the steps on the Gov website, completing all the information requested.
  5. When you get to this question – “What’s the test strip ID number?” – use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code on your test strip, this will automatically input the required fields for you.
  6. Once you have completed all of the fields, submit the information.
  7. You will be sent an email and/or text message from the NHS to confirm your negative test result. This is what you will be required to show to our door team when you join the queue.

NHS Rapid Lateral Flow tests are free. You can pick them up from a pharmacy or test site, to see a full list of nearby sites click here.

We cannot accept test strips as proof of a negative result, please do not bring these with you to the venue.

Please make sure you leave enough time before the start of the event to obtain the confirmation of your negative test result.
