Newsletter Competitions
This competition is being run by Islington Assembly Hall via the newsletter from islingtonassembly@public.govdelivery.com
Employees of Islington Assembly Hall, their family members and anyone else connected with helping to set up the competition are not permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
To enter the competition, follow the instructions in the newsletter.
The closing date and time is one minute before the relevant newsletter(s) states that the winners will be chosen. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted or counted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Winners will be picked at random from all individual entries received and verified.
The winners will be notified by email within one day of the winners being picked at random.
Winners may be asked to contact the Islington Assembly Hall team directly in order to receive further details and claim their prize.
The competition is open to people aged 16 and over only and entrants may be asked to give evidence of their age. Anyone under 16 who enters the competition will not be eligible for the prize.

The winners’ names will be added ‘plus one’ to the venue’s guest list subject to availability for the standing general admission area at the concert specified in the relevant tweet(s). This will give each winner and their guest (who must be 16 or over) admission to the concert free of charge. Anyone under 16 will not be permitted.
A seating area will be made available in the general admission area of the venue for winners who use wheelchairs or who cannot stand for long periods.
The winner may be asked to show evidence of their email to the security and box office on arrival at Islington Assembly Hall.
Islington Assembly Hall reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition.
Islington Assembly Hall is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability, and Islington Assembly Hall reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within one day of the specified concert, Islington Assembly Hall reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
The venue management’s decision in respect of all matters about the competition will be final.
By entering this competition, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
