CHAMELEONS VOX ‘SCRIPT OF THE BRIDGE’ ANNIVERSARY CONCERT
The Chameleons, a four-piece from the suburb of Middleton. Having formed in 1981, they released In Shreds the following year. Already in a heartbeat firm favourites with Radio One DJ John Peel, the band jumped from strength to strength.
It’s on the aforementioned debut Script of the Bridge that The Chameleons really left their mark – with many artists such as The National, Interpol, Slowdive, and Fews citing them as an influence on their own careers. This one’s to pay tribute to the work of art.
They’ll be joined by special guests Theatre of Hate.
