So, what​ ​is​ ​DICE?
DICE is a multi-award winning live music discovery and ticketing platform. It is curated, stops touts, and puts fans first. Since 2014 DICE has worked with over 3,000 artists from Adele to Stormzy, and has won awards including Best Ticketing Company at the 2016 Music Week Awards. They’re 100% mobile and available on iOS and Android.

How do I buy tickets?
Download the DICE app in a matter of minutes and you can buy tickets with just a few taps.

Can​ ​I​ ​use​ ​DICE​ ​without​ ​a​ ​smartphone?
You can indeed!  You will still need a mobile phone with phone number, which is used just verify that you are a real person. Simply go to the event you want to purchase tickets for on our site, click on ‘More info’ and then click on the link to your preferred area ‘Downstairs Standing’ or ‘Balcony Unreserved Seating/Standing’. When prompted, type in your mobile phone number and DICE will send you a code to enter. Last but not least, enter your payment details and email address and the tickets are yours! On the night of the show, head to the venue with some photo ID to collect your tickets at the box office.

Where​ ​are​ ​my​ ​tickets?
For smartphone users, DICE tickets are stored inside the DICE app, which is locked to you. If you have the app, then whether you bought your ticket on your phone or desktop, just open it up and tap on the ‘Tickets’ icon (bottom of the screen, second from the left) and your tickets will appear in the date order of the shows. If you can’t see your ticket, email help@dice.fm. And if you don’t have a smartphone, you’ll receive an email with your receipt of ticket purchase and you simply head along to our box office on the night of the show with some photo ID.

Can I get a refund?
Sometimes! One of the many reasons we love DICE! If a show is sold out, then you can return your ticket to the Waiting List with just a few taps and tickets are passed seamlessly to other fans.

When​ ​can​ ​I​ ​purchase​ ​tickets​ ​to​ ​a​ ​gig?
Tickets can be bought through the app right up until the main artist goes on stage. You don’t need to queue at the box office to buy tickets on the door – you can buy your ticket on the app and just walk in.

How can I get an​ ​assistant ticket?
If you’ve bought a ticket and require free entry for a personal assistant or carer, contact the venue directly on 020 7527 8900 or assemblyhall@islington.gov.uk. We’ll take your details and make the arrangements. You’ll need to bring along a letter from DWP or NHS to show to the box office staff to collect your PA ticket.

Is​ ​my​ ​data​ ​safe?
DICE don’t share or sell your data onto any third party companies, as is outlined in their privacy policy.
