Lucinda Brown
Venue Business Manager – Live Events and Operations

Lucinda has worked in live music for the past 20 years. Starting as Venue Manager at Newcastle University Students Union then moving on to Birmingham Academy, Islington Academy and more recently The Forum, Kentish Town. In between venue management roles, Lucinda was Group Marketing Manager for both the Academy Music Group and MAMA & Company. Her most recent position at MAMA was as Business Development Manager where she was responsible for managing the venue marketing team, venue promoters, supporting the Operations Director overseeing nine venues as well as managing partnered events.

Petra Kluk
Assistant Venue Manager – Operations

Petra is an Events & Operations manager with over 13 years experience in logistics, production, booking talent, sales and promotion within both corporate and music events. After starting her career in tourism and corporate events, this native Croatian has grabbed the opportunity 8 years ago and became a vital part of the country’s rising festival scene. Working with true pioneers at The Garden, Outlook and Dimensions Festival, helping them move to their new locations and grow professionally and productively. Fast forward 3 years later, her long-time dream came true as she packed her bags and moved to pursue a career in music events in London. Since then, she has had the pleasure to work in venues such as Eventim Apollo, O2 Academy Brixton, The Roundhouse, Islington Assembly Hall, Koko, Village Underground, Motion Bristol, Electric Brixton, Building Six, The Coronet, Troxy and festivals such as Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Gottwood, Houghton, Wireless, Wilderness, Citadel, Field Day, Love Saves The Day, Convergence, Exit Festival, Hideout, etc…

 

 

 

Tom Watt
Technical Manager

Tom Watt has recently joined us from Islington Academy, where he was Technical Manager for 11 years. In his time there, he worked on shows such as Kiss, Eminem & Def Leppard. He has toured with numerous bands as well as being the drummer in Wolf People. He is the first point of contact for all things tech!

Kat King
Assistant Venue Manager

On deciding that the events scene was the right career path for her, Kat put in the hours to learn as much as she could about organising and running events. Before joining our team in this role in 2014, she had shown her enthusiasm and potential by volunteering at events in the venue whenever she could. Now part of Islington Assembly Hall’s full-time team, Kat is a first point of contact for hire enquiries and bookings along with Daf, looks after marketing queries and can also be seen making sure everything runs smoothly on the night as one of our duty managers.

Bobby Kane
Bars & Duty Manager

Bobby has run various bars, pubs and venues in and around Islington over the past 14 years. His love of live music and events saw him join the team in 2013 to duty manage the majority of shows and other events as they happen. With experience in venue management, live music, events and bars, Bobby has since been promoted and now manages a pool of 30 staff at the venue. 

Alex Nattrass
Venue Administrator

Alex left her native northeast England for the bright lights of London as a teenager. She has a wealth of experience working in nightclubs and shows, including on high-profile events such as Cannes Film Festival. Alex is a main point of contact for general enquiries and she takes care of some of the important behind-the-scenes and administrative duties that keep things in the venue running smoothly.

Sam Burton
Assistant Bars & Duty Manager

After moving to London to study Music Management at university, Sam has been working in bars and venues in for the past five years. He joined us from The Garage in Highbury & Islington where he has worked for the last three years, working his way up from a cloakroom and box office assistant to Assistant Bars Manager.
He shares a keen interest in live music along with the rest of the team and will be at most events as one of our Duty Managers.
